Help me please

I contacted support about appealing a ban in Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes. They told me to go to the forum and message someone named CG_LuciferDaddy, but this name doesn't even appear in the drop-down box of suggested names, who should I write to?)That's why I'm writing here, maybe someone can tell me. I tried to play the second round of Coliseum, but the game just froze, and then a message appeared saying I'd been banned. I filled out the ban appeal form with all the information, just in case, I'll leave it with you too, maybe it will help in some way in my situation. Since it says there will be no notification of the decision, and I don't know how long to wait, or whether to wait at all. My account is old, and I don't want to lose it.
