achievements not popping ea app jedi survivor

I'm having problems with Jedi Survivor achievements. When I get an achievement it doesn't appear during the game and I have to go to the EA app to see if I got any new achievements.

I am a Game Pass Ultimate subscriber and use EA Play to play.

Can you help me?
