Achievements Not Triggering

Today i went through my yearly ritual of reinstalling windows on my computer. With this, I had to reinstall steam, EA, discord, my browser, and everything I wanted to use. This means that I had no cached data, the only files I had were my saved game which download from Steam.



Achievements still do not work. So far I have:

Verified Game Files
Launched from Steam
Launched from EA
Deleted UserSettings.sav from save games folder
Gave the game administrator privilege's
Gave EA Administrator privilege's
Disabled Firewall in Control Panel and Windows Security
Turned off Real Time protection
Reinstalled the game
Restarted computer every single day
Tried EA App in offline mode
Tried Steam in offline mode
Turned on Usage Sharing
Turned off Usage Sharing
Started a new playthrough, got to the first meditation point, then went back to old save to see if that triggered anything
Prayed, did a blood sacrifice, and slaughtered a goat to appease the EA gods
Cleared out the %Temp% using powershell to make sure nothing was left.
Disabled Steam Overlay
Disabled EA Overlay
Disabled Nvidia Overlay

Nothing has worked. I stopped getting achievements after turning off Usage Sharing in the game once, and ever since then I have not gotten them since, even eith trying everything above.

Please god can someone help m
