I was playing Jedi survivor and when I got to jedha my saber had a glitch where It wouldn’t retract not even in buildings so I saved at a meditation point then closed and reopened the game and when I opened the save all my gear skill point and stances had been erased like completely gone

It's possible the save was corrupted, to check can you try a new save and see if any of these issues continue?

Some more info on what happened is all the chest I had opened were closed again I lost all the skill I unlocked and I was giving me tutorials on stuff like workbenches and meditation points

Can you try closing the game from quick resume and relaunching to see if this continues?
I already tried that multiple times and it doesn’t change anything it says that my playtime on that save is also been reset
