AMD promotion code problem on Jedi Survivor

Hi, I received a code for Jedi Survivor from an AMD promotion - I tried to activate it in the application, but it was not recognized. Can I get support from EA because my hardware supplier just told...

    Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with these promotions, as they are handled by AMD/the retailer where you've bought your CPU themselves.

    I would recommend trying to get in touch with them.
