Awesome Game

22 hours in and aside from 3 minor glitches this has been an incredible experience. So many side areas/quests, the puzzles have been great and the action keeps me going. There was a good period of time, up until the last 5ish hours or so, where I debated downgrading the difficulty from Jedi Knight because the encounters FELT like endgame Jedi Master type combat, but I persevered each major foe eventually. I expected it though since all my new characters, no matter the game, take some building to get better. I just completed an action sequence with Merrin (no spoiler) and that was exhilarating. To me, this game is a beast and the graphics are downright beautiful. Thank you EA!

Glitches I spoke of:
1: BD "scans" prompt sometimes finicky trying to find the "sweet spot" to get him to scan

2: had an interactive memory glitch out - couldn't move or exit the sequence but the menu came up so a reload was all that was needed
3: fps drop occasionally - so far just 2-3 times but usually clears up pretty quickly. I notice it most with like heavy desert winded sand and there was a huge drop near a fragment point near where you start the area.

I do have epic everything turned on with 4k/raytracing and am use to stuff being around 70+ fps so when it bottomed out to 27fps near that fragment it worried me, but havent experienced a bog down like that since.

For me the game is a "just a few more minutes" or "ok, just to the next checkpoint" -- hours <or> more than 1 checkpoint later type game.

    Greetings, @Psyrex01! 🙌

It is very nice to hear that you had a good experience with the game so far. Your dedication and skill as a Jedi Knight are truly admirable, and your willingness to persevere through tough encounters is a testament to your strength and determination.

Although you have experienced some minor issues, it is heartening to know that they have not dampened your enthusiasm for the game. Your appreciation of the game's intricate puzzles, exciting action, and beautiful graphics fills me with pride as a fellow gamer.

Your willingness to push through challenges and your love for the game is what makes it a true masterpiece. As a Jedi, we are taught to never give up, and you have embodied this spirit in your approach to the game.

May the Force be with you as you continue on your journey, the galaxy is counting on you!

  • @EA_Leeuw 43 hours and 1 minute - did final fight, which admittedly took hours to get it done and I didn't believe it was the final one at the time. Doing that fight felt like I was living the definition of insanity lol, I quit that night and took a day and a half off from the game. Came back and weirdly enough, defeated the battle the first try of the day. And then, shortly thereafter, the credits rolled and I got really frustrated that the story was over. I don't like how it ended but it left hope for expansion / another title. Only 19/53 achieves obtained which shocked me and there wasn't one for completing greater than story difficulty which also shocked me a little. Not really a completionist so I will have to let the game sit for a bit before my next play through but am pleased there's more benefits given in new game+. Overall, in my opinion, 9/10 will play again. 🙂 ^5'z to EA/Respawn
  • Reading this gives me mixed emotions.  I agree with everything about the quality of the game, its fun factor, the puzzles and evnironments, size, scope, even graphics, and even performance from my perspective....... it would be considered a masterpiece to me if I wasn't bugged out of quintessential game content.  I've kept playing day after day, enjoying my collections, hoping for EA to give us a response after 2 weeks regarding the 'bounty tab undiscovered' issue and related game-breaking reports.  Every day I get butterflies in my stomach, just hoping for a sentence or two like 'we're almost done everyone!  Your hard work and patience will pay off soon and we once again thank you for bearing with us.'  No one has the courtesy to type this though; anywhere.  Half of the playerbase is living in fear of losing our saves because of a lack of knowledge regarding a fix caused by an unprofessional LACK OF COMMUNICATION, yet, EA has the AUDACITY to type a message as long as mine as a clear signal of spite, while refusing to post a comforting progress report or piece encouragement in the slightest.....for WEEKS.  I love this game, but what I just saw just deepened my sadness.  If we want to refer to ourselves as Jedi, then it should also be said that unacknowledged pain and no hands of support is what lead us to the dark side, no?  It's TIME to post an update, or ANY kind of hopeful notice to the fans........ but not like this.
