Game not loading

I have downloaded Jedi survivor lastnight and started playing morning. It is a fun and enjoyable game I like it but It needs work. 

when I get to the terminal platform and fight of the storm troopers. The game freezes and wont anything when I activate the lift. 

This would have been my 5th time HOPING that it would work. I literally can’t complete the tutorial because of this.

I’m on XBOX 1 and it updated yesterday before I got the game. And I downloaded the game right after on EA pass. 

any tips and tricks I should try.  Please help!!                        It won’t let me post a video. Here’s a photos for reference
