Bounty menu undiscovered

Exact same issue.

I am on PC, reloaded the fight from multiple save points within the quest, redid the fight multiple times, changed difficulties. etc. Then finished entire chapter.

No matter what, when I try to open the menu the bounty panel was still "undiscovered".

Bounties also not spawning and Caij out of dialog.

Any word on this?

To clarify above: As I am on PC I regularly back up save files as I progress to external folders (in case I need to recover from a bug or corrupt save; I've already had to do it once for a previous game breaking bug in this game).

After noticing this initial apparent bug without the bounties tab unlocking despite the in-game message, I then manually reloaded my position within the questline from any number of these files. I also deleted local files with a full cloud verification and restoration including of the saves. Finally, since I had all the numerous saves backed up, I reloaded from several earlier points and even reversed the quest order before triggering the fight (i.e. Shattered Moon first vs. second, etc.). 

Despite any of the above and numerous reruns of the fight w/o deaths (both on Story and GM), scanning the BH, and exhausting all dialog, the problem persists. I am always given the same message: that "Bounties are unlocked", however in menu the bounties tab remains "undiscovered". This is true even after making it to the next chapter. No bounties spawn at the locations, and no meaningful dialog from Caij. 

Am I missing something? Or is this a game breaker for the bounties? Please advise. 

Same here. I spoke to Caij and she opened her shop and told me about bounty hunting, but I can't access the menu and the Rumor is stuck on "Speak to Caij About Bounty Hunting".

I'd cleared past the point where you meet Caij before Patch 5 but hadn't spoken to her yet. When I continued my save after the patch I got a pop-up saying that bounties were now available, even though I'd already gotten that prompt earlier, just after the meeting Caij cutscene.

Several hours later and after beating a major story boss I decided to try tackling the bounty hunting subquest, only to find I'm missing the menu for bounties, and my rumor page still says to speak to Caij. But exhausting her dialogue doesn't mark any bounties for me, and the bosses don't spawn when I travel to the locations they're supposed to be found at according to guides.

I just hope that if they fix it it'll work retroactively, because I don't want to have to start the whole game over just to participate in her quest.

Exact same thing has happen to me on PS5

Same exact problem. Playing on PC. Stuck on "Speak to Caij about bounty hunting" rumor, but nothing happens when you talk to her. I can access her shop, and that's it. Keep checking back every so often, but nothing seems to change/trigger it.

Summarize your bug When i found Caij and introduced me to bounty hunting i wanted to try that out. so i went back to the saloon en met with Caij there to see if see had an other bounty and to see where the bounty board was. when i spoke to here i only got a voice line talking to Cal and that was it. I also could not find the bounty board in the menu so i tought well maybe she will give it when i progress into the story a little bit more. but im now about 5 hours further into the story and she still has nothing to show and in the menu the bounty board is still saying undiscovered. so i dont know what to do now to get this working because i could not find how.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? just finding Caij i suppose and see if you dont have exces to the bounty board.
What happens when the bug occurs? i have no bounty board when i already have met Caij and she wont give me any leads on bounties.
What do you expect to see? i can i exces this side fuature in the game because i like to play it.
