Bounty not completing after defeating enemy and collecting puck

Summarize your bug The new patch was released today which was supposed to fix the bug that stops Caij from giving more bounties. I was able to get a new bounty from her after the patch but have encountered a new bug. The bounty that I had was Mash and I was able to find him, kill him, and collect his puck. However, the bounty tracking screen will not recognize the completion. It still says I have 1 bounty to complete but does not track it on the map. It also shows Mash's logo on the targets screen and it is colored red like the other completed targets, however I cannot select it. Since the game says I am currently on an uncompleted bounty, Caij will not give me anymore.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Defeat a bounty that Caij gives you, in my case it was Mash, collect the puck.
What happens when the bug occurs? The bounty is not registered as completed and no more bounty progress can be made.
What do you expect to see? The game should register the bounty as completed and allow me to get a new bounty.
As I cannot do other bounties, I do not know if this bug is localized to Mash or is occurring on other bounties as well. I also do not know if the bug is due to me using my main save and not testing a new game. I know some players were able to fix other bugs by doing this rather than waiting for a patch, but I don't have that kind of time.
