Bounty puck missing. Fixes not working

So i'm missing a bounty puck i have done all bounties including caij and beat her at holodeck. I looked up fixes for the missing bounty puck but none of them worked. I tried going back to where the bounties spawned and reloading the area but to no avail. No matter what i do or where i look i am just missing a bounty puck. If i went into ng+ and did a bounty there coule i get the final puck i neee to get everything from caij's shop
