I restarted my entire game from beginning. I think the cause of that is if you die too much on the flying part with Merrin it will some how bugs the game. Not 100% sure on that though

Summarize your bug SPOILER WARNING FOR CHAPTER 4: After completing the mission where you destroy the Trident (Chapter 4, Mission 1), the objective is to return to Cere with the contact codes. Except the marker is still placed at the end of the tunnel below the Sepulcer Pass meditation point, and you can't pass that point without being in the mission (where you jump into Merrins portal). I've tried fast traveling straight to Cere's Base as well as fast traveling to a nearby point outside and walking in, but each time you enter The Archive, Cere isn't able to be interacted with to continue the mission.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The way I found this bug was during the return to Cere's Base. You pass a couple of meditation points, so I rested at one and used it to fast travel to The Archive, this is when I noticed there was no interaction with Cere and that the marker was way back at the beginning.
What happens when the bug occurs? You cannot progress the story, Cere cannot be spoken to to complete Chapter 4, Mission 1
What do you expect to see? The Main Objective marker will be at the end of the tunnel you fight through towards the end of the mission (see screenshot)

A great solution would be to be able to re-open old save points, but that would make too much sense to be implemented as a feature. It's not like every other game under the sun has that option for this exact reason.
  • Turn off the HDR and turn off performance mode. I just had the same exact issue and that’s what fixed it.

Turn off performance mode, and HDR I had the same issue, and this seems to have worked

  • ! POSSIBLE SOLUTION !

similar to you guys, I was having the fatal error crashing every 5 minutes after the patch. I tried everything from reinstalling drivers, the game, adjust and graphic settings, and so on. I started looking around in the data folder for the game and after completing these tasks, I was able to run the game and so far it has not crashed yet. I don’t know if this is only temporary, but I know it definitely started working afterwards. Only time will tell.

these are the steps I took-

    1.Open the Steam app

    2. Go to your game library

    3. find Star Wars game and right click on it to bring up the pop-up menu

4.window go to manage>browse local files

    5. file explorer should pop up with the Jedi Survivor folder

    6. Go in ‘_Installer’ folder

    7. You should see the applications ‘Cleanup.exe’ & ‘Touchup.exe’

    8. Run both of the applications as administrator (side note- I did not visually see anything happen when running these applications, it runs quickly / in the background )

i’ve been launch the game on steam and boom back to business. Most of the graphic settings are on high and haven’t crashed yet going on 45 minutes . Hope this helps you guys, let me know how it goes !

Summarize your bug During the "Bring the Contact Codes to Cere" mission, the objective marker is still at the base of the tunnel before the escape sequence/drill boss fight.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game up to this point.
What happens when the bug occurs? The objective does not update, stopping progression of the mission and game.
What do you expect to see? An updated objective marker at Cere's Hideout.

Can't continue with the game until the mission updates.

Summarize your bug After completing the game, the traversal from Sepulcher Pass (meditation point) to Sanctuary Temple is still blocked with rocks
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game up to this point.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't go through the door since it is blocked with rocks, can't force-push them away. Inside the room after the door (Sanctuary Temple), the door on the left is also blocked. The balloons are also not there, so I can't enter that room from meditation point "Sanctuary Temple".
What do you expect to see? Doors being free from rocks

Another side-effect of this was, that the meditation points "Sanctuary Temple" and "Buried Refuge" had not been marked as visited and could not be selected as destination for fast-travel. After having them revisited again, I could also fast-travel there. Seems like this is a bug, so visiting them during the story does not seem to work correctly.

Major problem is, with those blocked doors I can't get the last Databank Force Echo in Underground Canals, because those can only be reached from the central chamber and - due to the slippery part - not from the other way.

    UPDATE:
The issue is resolved. A few (not only one!) restarts of the game (real restart, just return to title screen does not help) fixed the blocked doors, which are open now.

It is obviously a general game mechanic: if you hunt down a bounty hunter after finishing the story, then the area is put in some state, that you have to make your way again through the complete area. Similar thing happened in Lucrehulk; I came here and all meditation points inside were disabled (and some passages blocked with barrels), so I had to make my way through this area again.
However, Lucrehulk was more logically structured in this case. Sanctuary Temple just left me with question marks in my head; even after revisiting again (just to check), I went through the central chamber again, which was empty. On my way back (no meditation point used), some troopers were inside that weren't there before.

Patch 6 was released, and I still cannot progress because the objective has not updated.
