Summarize your bug After completing the game, the traversal from Sepulcher Pass (meditation point) to Sanctuary Temple is still blocked with rocks
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game up to this point.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't go through the door since it is blocked with rocks, can't force-push them away. Inside the room after the door (Sanctuary Temple), the door on the left is also blocked. The balloons are also not there, so I can't enter that room from meditation point "Sanctuary Temple".
What do you expect to see? Doors being free from rocks
Another side-effect of this was, that the meditation points "Sanctuary Temple" and "Buried Refuge" had not been marked as visited and could not be selected as destination for fast-travel. After having them revisited again, I could also fast-travel there. Seems like this is a bug, so visiting them during the story does not seem to work correctly.
Major problem is, with those blocked doors I can't get the last Databank Force Echo in Underground Canals, because those can only be reached from the central chamber and - due to the slippery part - not from the other way.
UPDATE:
The issue is resolved. A few (not only one!) restarts of the game (real restart, just return to title screen does not help) fixed the blocked doors, which are open now.
It is obviously a general game mechanic: if you hunt down a bounty hunter after finishing the story, then the area is put in some state, that you have to make your way again through the complete area. Similar thing happened in Lucrehulk; I came here and all meditation points inside were disabled (and some passages blocked with barrels), so I had to make my way through this area again.
However, Lucrehulk was more logically structured in this case. Sanctuary Temple just left me with question marks in my head; even after revisiting again (just to check), I went through the central chamber again, which was empty. On my way back (no meditation point used), some troopers were inside that weren't there before.
