Frozen EA User Agreement
Just purchased Jedi: Survivor and I'm unable to sign the EA User Agreement. I'd describe it as "frozen" because all inputs from the controller inside the game cease to work. However, it's simple to get out of the game and close it with the controller. I've tried essentially everything. Multiple downloads, restored licenses, booting in safe mode, syncing and resyncing EA profile with Sony profile, contacted the live support. Completely broken.4Views0likes0CommentsPLEASE HELP ME
I keep getting this error code every time I launch the game. I do as it tells me but it never works. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled about 10 times now and still It shows the same thing every time. And plus this also doesn't make sense cause this is a brand new computer so I don't know how it would have any problems. CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME. I'm on the verge of tears cause this might mean I just spent $50 dollars on a game I can't even play. Hello. This is my first post and I am making it at the recommendation of the EA support person I spoke with. When I try to stream Jedi: Survivor to Discord from my Xbox One X, I get a “This game doesn’t allow live streaming” error. I saw that they tried to fix this error before, and for some people it worked, but it is still broken for me. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? Hello, I purchased and downloaded Star Wars Jedi Survivor in the EA app. When I start the game, I just about get past the publisher screens, but the game crashes on the STAR WARS: Jedi Survivor screen. Before that, I get a sound bug on the RESPAWN screen. I have already restarted my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, repaired the game, and reinstalled the EA app. None of this has helped. The attached file shows the error message in the EA App. It says: Game could not be started Due to an error on our part, the start failed. Last year, Steam introduced a new LATAM region which includes many countries in Latin America such as mine, and also added suggested prices to make games more affordable while boosting sales. Hi, I've been in contact with the help chat and they redirected me to this forum. I've been playing Jedi survivor on my ps5 through the PSextra subscription. I wasn't able to launch the game since it left the PSextra game pool so I decided to purchase EA-play in order to keep playing. However I still can't launch the game, I tried removing it from my console but now I can't even re-download it because it says there is a conflict with the product: Star Wars: Jedi Survivor Tracker. Just recently bought this game and played for about an hour. Currently stuck at this level (koboh) where I cannot get past the mud area (with the falling pipe and a floating platform). Apparently there should be a couple of enemies spawning right before that obstacle and I can only hear the voicelines, yet they’re not spawning. Hi, i bought 'Jedi: Survivor' and from begging i have problem 'cause this game is not working. Since the begging when i enter the game its all flashing and it freezes. I've tried everything i minimalized graphics settings and deleted everything from my computer to see if it helps, but it didnt. Also when i dowloaded it on other computer it was all the same. xbox support told me that i had to contact ea support for this cause apparently something did not sync since on xbox it says i played the game for about 50 min and 0 achievements while on ea it says i had 24 hours or something (using had because just when i resetted the xbox app it resetted my play time too apparently) and 18 achievements. i'm still playing the game and did not finish it but i wanna solve this thing that is annoying me.24Views0likes0Comments
