so I had a BUG on  PC that all my abilities disappeared when I entered JEDHA

through  WEMOD software I open the debug menu 

and unlocked all my abilities back 
after that, the prompt to tame the animals, using the grappling hook  reappeared.

in the DEBUG menu 

CHEATS--}UNLOCK SPECIFIC ABILITY--}BEASTTAME

    I'm stuck as well, and the Debug Menu didn't solve it.

    I'm on PC, playing with keyboard and mouse, and I don't want to start a new game since I already played 18 hours. So either this gets fixed or I stop playing, basically.

    This is absurd. This bug exists for more than a year and no fix. Seriously.

      It might work if you go right beneath the creature. That did the trick for me.
