Stuck in Lucrehulk

I accidentally went the wrong way at the Forward Control Tower meditation point - and missed interacting with Zee and the Dagan Gera fight - now I’m stuck in the Lucrehulk with no way back - squeezing through those pipes again just leads me round and round - I cannot find my way back to the meditation point and I can’t fast travel there. I really don’t want to have to start the whole game over again.

    Just reporting that I managed to get out and progress the story - but I can’t describe The path I took. It was the result of going round and round and trying every possible pathway. 
    Eventually landed in the elevator that takes you up to the floors where the fight takes place. 
    I find navigation in this game extremely confusing; the map doesn’t help much. The only positive aspect of this was that I had 6 skill points by the time I finally got there, from fighting everyone over and over again….

    Can you not Describe the route? I’m stuck in the same place and have been trying to figure out a way to fix it for a week now

    Take the elevator up then exit through the door that doesn’t automatically open.

    I'm in the exact same situation and now I can't even force pull the lift or anything up and down to reaccess the lift. This game is a mess!

    due to my explorative nature I did the same thing, as the OP stated you can use the Grappling to jump up and work your way to the top of the lift, but no way to activate the elevator. 
    I also thought I could just fast travel to the meditation point I had unlocked (at the top of the lift)... 
    After and getting furious  going through stages of grief. I realized there was a benign area right behind the lift. 
    When facing the lifts front door, Take the left route, you should see the previous location of a force orb, as you walk in towards the force orb there will be stairs to your right, and a forcefield protected door (like the one that previously separated you from you amigo). 
    Activate the console, and count to 5 or 10. then run around to the front of the lift, the doors are open, if they are not open go get on top of the lift (the previously mentioned squeeze through), Then return to the front door. 
    (I am not sure if getting on the lift was a placebo effect). 

    WHile I was able to take the lift up I am now stuck in the lift and enjoying this game no further :D
