[Bug] Stuck in Rehabilitation Wing – Cutscene Not Progressing (PS5)

Description:

I’m experiencing a game-breaking bug in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor on PS5 Pro (version 1.000.013) that prevents me from progressing.

During the mission “Reach the Forest Array” on Koboh (Basalt Forest, Rehabilitation Wing), there is a cutscene where two characters are supposed to appear and continue their dialogue. However, they never show up, leaving my character stuck in a loop. The playable area is small, and if I move too far, it resets me back to the same starting point.

What I’ve Tried So Far:

✔ Restarted the game and PS5

✔ Uninstalled and reinstalled the game

✔ Started a new save and reloaded the affected save

✔ Checked for updates (game and system are fully updated)

Despite these attempts, the issue persists. I have watched YouTube walkthroughs, and I confirmed that the two characters should appear in this scene, but they do not in my game.

I haven’t found anyone reporting this exact issue online. Has anyone else encountered this? Any suggestions on how to fix it?
