Bugs that totally stops main story playthrough

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:PlayStation 5
Summarize your bug Right after the fight with Dagan Gera ended in forest array, I took the elevator down. After walking through the bridge, I placed the orb in another orb magnifier. And then I fought with the enemies, but I died. When I respawn from the nearest meditation place, the bridge on the first floor is gone. I can't cross it.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After the first boss fight with Dagan Gera, take the elevator down, cross the first bridge, and then grab the orb by force and place it to another orb magnifier. And then if you die, when you respawn, the first bridge is gone.
What happens when the bug occurs? The whole game is unplayable because I can't reach the main objective.
What do you expect to see? I expect the first bridge to be permanent after the the boss fight with Dagan Gera.

Please fix this bug, other players will likely to meet this problem

    @UltimateParker Why do you go back and take the elevator down? After the fight, you are supposed to go left past the window Dagan escaped through.

    Because I'm in the highest difficulty mode, that stupid chicken monster placed by respawn killed me twice!!! Damnit

    My bug is that after beating the 9 sister I go to the mantis and star flying you clean the mantis and go to the workshop after that it says that to download the latest update to fix the patches even thought I’m in the latest update.
