Caij bounties still broken on PC - 7/31/24

Summarize your bug Caij is not giving me any new bounties. I didn't realize there was a bug if you completed the Kili Oso mission that would make it so you couldn't get new bounties. I've completed most of the game but wanted to work on the side missions, but can't progress any further because of the bug.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete the missions including Kili Oso (I think I got it around the 7th bounty or so instead of towards the end)
What happens when the bug occurs? Caij will give general dialogue instead of the next bounty
What do you expect to see? The bug to be fixed so that I don't have to completely restart the game to play all the bounty missions.
