Cal's edges looks fuzzy and blurry when moving camera

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:PlayStation 5
Summarize your bug Cal's edges looks "fuzzy" and blurry when moving the camera. And sometimes his scarf bumps up and down when not moving. Even in cut-scenes. Playing on PS5 in performance mode with HDR enabled. Tried turning off and on motion blur, Film grain and chromatic aberration but no difference. Sensitivity is set to 7 on both x and y.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play the game and move the camera around.
What happens when the bug occurs? Cal's edged looks fuzzy and blurry.
What do you expect to see? Smooth and "clean edges and body

Cal's edges looks "fuzzy" and blurry when moving the camera. And sometimes his scarf bumps up and down when not moving. Even in cut-scenes.
Playing on PS5 in performance mode with HDR enabled.
Tried turning off and on motion blur, Film grain and chromatic aberration but no difference.
Sensitivity is set to 7 on both x and y.

And motion blur on, Film grain off, chromatic aberration on.

    also it looks like the resolution is below 720p and being upscale to 1440 p in performance mode. i wish they will patch it to run performance mode at a higher resolution if they have to turn off ray tracing for it to work then I hope they do that and fix the performance mode. this is not a spoiler this is just observations of the games resolution on textures
