I have the same Problem. EA Technical Support doesn't care. All the response I get is to look for the problem and solution on the User Forums! So here I am! This is after over 38 hours of gameplay. 2 1/2 hours of that is various times jumping and dying. I had problems posting this even though I'm signed in!
Grappling hook has disappeared. No way forward or backwards!
I certainly wouldn't restart the game, only to get to this point again and not be able to move forward.
The warranty on this game to get your money back is less than the 38 hours I've put into it.
I'm getting very tired of having someone from a 3rd world country telling me to look at the forums for help!
