Can not launch Jedi Survivor

I just re-downloaded Jedi Survivor, but I can not launch it.  I get an error message saying my computer does not have an app to launch it and refers me to the Microsoft Store.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the EA app, tried repairing the app and game, and redownloaded the game.  No G  I have no problems launching Steam games.  The computer is more than capable of running this game.
