Can not unlock the holo tactics table

Summarize your bug i rescued the characters tulli mu and bhami to unlock the holo tactics but they are still on the spot i rescued them from. I can not interact with them anymore so i can not unlock the holo tactics table.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i dont know how it happened
What happens when the bug occurs? i can not unlock the holo tactics mini game
What do you expect to see? that the characters are rescued and so that i can play holo tactics
i tried everything, even reinstalling the game but it doesnt help
