What do you expect to see? A way to the halls of ranvell or a fast travel

I’m trying to get back to the halls of ranvell to complete the rumour for the half and the other half. I can’t fast travel there and I’m trying to get there on foot but I get stuck on a slope at the end of the tunnel. Anyone help on how to fix this?
