Can't force pull metal garage door on Harvest Ridge building.

Summarize your bug There seems to be a glitch/bug that even when you have obtained the force pull skill, you can't force pull the metal garage door at the top of Harvest Ridge in order to enter the building. This incidentally stops you getting the top of the world achievement, as well being able to collect all seeds and force senses.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the building at Harvest ridge and try to force-pull the metal garage door. I can't do so on my game.
What happens when the bug occurs? You can't force pull the garage door at all.
What do you expect to see? You should be able to force pull the garage door and enter the building.
