game did not sync with xbox

xbox support told me that i had to contact ea support for this cause apparently something did not sync since on xbox it says i played the game for about 50 min and 0 achievements while on ea it says i had 24 hours or something (using had because just when i resetted the xbox app it resetted my play time too apparently) and 18 achievements. i'm still playing the game and did not finish it but i wanna solve this thing that is annoying me.
