Can't install Jedi Survivor on PC Xbox Game Pass

Hello all,

I have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on PC and am trying to install and play Jedi Surviror. When I click the green install button, it asks me to log into EA app, which I do. Once I put in my credentials, window disappears and nothing happens. When I click the install button again, same request happens. So I went online on the EA app website and logged in from there to make sure my Xbox account was linked to my EA account. When I click that link button, a window pops up but it stays blank. I also tried connecting with the Xbox green logo, but it opens up a web page that says my credentials have expired and to reset my password, which I have done twice, to no avail. Has anyone encountered such issues and how have you managed to install and play Jedi Survivor on your PC with Xbox Game Pass?

Problem fixed, seems my account was set in a "dormant" state as per EA chat rep. They unlinked my account and I just had to press the install button on the Xbox app again, enter my EA app credentials and relink the two.

How did you chatted with an EA rep?

Try this:

Click on "Change Topic"
Then when the next window opens up click on "See all help topics"
Then click on "I need help logging in to my EA account on Xbox"
Then click on "Chat with us" (however minutes wait)"
Give it some explanations, maybe a screenshot or two, and just wait until someone comes on in that window. It'll be taken care of.
