cant launch game

i recently bought the game on epic and i just finished fallen order for the second time in a few years, when i tried launching survivor it gave me the error "failed to launch game an error on our end caused the launch to fail". i see im not the first person that experienced this and i tried every fix from the other posts and its still not working, is the game just totally broken now after 3 years and they dont mind fixing it or is there an actual fix

since EA_Mako is no longer responding that might as well be my last resort, but its pretty risky so idk if its worth it for one game

Sorry geekskii, the steps we've gone through are really all I'd be able to suggest for a machine that does not meet system requirements.

You're welcome to try some of the options others have mentioned, but we wouldn't be able to suggest or walk through steps for things like bios resets/updates specifically I'm afraid.

I am getting the same issue I just reported it to EA and they are gonna have it investigated but who knows
