Can't Play Jedi Survivor

I purchased Jedi Survivor on the PS Store recently and it kept freezing within the first 10 seconds of play. Thankfully PS refunded me the money. I figured that it was a download issue, so I purchased a physical copy the other day, and it still does the same thing. I've tried every setting change that I can think of and even deleted it and re-downloading it several times. It still freezes within the first 10 seconds of play.

Can anyone please help me with this?
