Can't reach edge in Penitent Chambers after meeting Cere for the first time

Still not working after the update. I am so ticked right now. Did nobody test this game before they decided to sell it for seventy dang dollars????

Summarize your bug I cannot reach ledge in Penitent Chambers after pushing block between walls. Cal cannot jump that high, nor double jump that high
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After Cal meets Merin and they fight in the Penitent Chambers. When you have to push the block down into the arena and between the walls.
What happens when the bug occurs? You cannot progress in the game any further.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to progress. I jump/double jump is not enough. Cal cannot jump that high.

I cannot progress any further after Cal meets Merin in the Penitent Chambers.  The jump using the block that is pushed down is not possible.

@arreyelnaberrie and @jwajerwar  I had success with keeping the box a bit away from the innermost wall of the alcove, so about 1/4 of it was sticking out, and jumping starting from the back of the box.  Cal had no trouble double-jumping from there.

I have also tried for over 3 hours with no luck. EA, when do you expect to patch this bug?

I never had any trouble when Cal was standing in this position or one step forward.  I even went back to test again.

August 11th - Stuck on this. Any news on whether there's an actual fix for it? I've tried everything in this thread and nothing.

Thanks, it really helped me - some how jumping backwards I managed to jump on the ledge

Great, it worked for me after spending several hours trying, thank you.
For the record, I find this game much more difficult than Star Wars Jedi Fallen order, even in story mode.
