Just chiming in on this as I just experienced the same thing, infuriating as it happened when fighting waves on enemies.
Seems like this is affecting those using multiple lightsaber stances, not just dual blades. Hoping they address this in a subsequent patch, as it is annoying to have to continually exit and go back into the game to resolve this bug.
