"Check On The Mantis" Mantis not at Landing Bay

No, I've tried back tracking,  doing side quests,  I even unistalled the entire game and reinstalled.   None of this worked.  This game is a complete mess.  

I figured it out!!!!   You need to back track to your first nekko ride.. must be on yellow nekko to trigger the ship
