Dear EA!
Sorry, but this attitude is outrageous!
I bought a game that is completely unusable due to its bugs. There is no normal place where I could report the problem to you directly, but as I see, many of us are struggling with such problems. Even the Community Manager does not respond to emails or forums.
I do not really see that your team cares about its customers and pays attention to feedback or, I say a lot, their satisfaction. Unfortunately, the picture is starting to form in my mind that all they need is a customer as long as they pay properly!
I think the minimum is to respond, but a feedback on the status of the bug investigation (8D, FTA, timeline or something) would be expected.
