[CLOSED] Cannot progress after dying during greez kyro task (Chamber of Duality)

Place is called Chamber of duality. You are supposed to take a lift up behind the yellow door but since I've already taken it once there is nowhere out and when you die you arrive back at the meditation point at the start of this area

I too am stuck in the duality chamber, After dying when I was supposed to find greez

I am also having the same problem, fast travel out of the meditation point also isn't working, been stuck for over half an hour, kind of ridiculous, been looking forward to this game for months to have it ruined by this is insane. Please find a solution asap.

Summarize your bug I am trapped in the Chamber of Duality on planet Koboh. After I have recovered the Kryo Module I left the chamber with the droide I set free and who opened the gate. Then, outside I did not go back to Greez directly, but went on exploring the area (Southern Reach) and unfortunately I died there in a fight. Because I had not used a meditation point after leaving the Chamber, I was teleported to the last meditation point which was in the Collapsed Passage. From there the fast travel is blocked and I went back to the Chamber of Duality, but the gate through which I left before cannot be opened anymore.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use the meditation point in the Collapsed Passage then proceed until you have left the Chamber of Duality. Outside in the Southern Reach let yourself be killed. Then your character should re-spawn at the meditiation point in the Collapsed Passage and you will see that there is no way out anymore.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am trapped. There is no way to get out of the area. As a result I have to start a new game all over again unless you are able to fix this soon.
What do you expect to see? A solution that the gate to leave the Chamger of Duality can be opened by Cal when he gets teleported back to the caves. Next time you create a game allow users to save their game manually.

The elevator wont go back down. 

And the meditation thing don't allow fast travel. we cant go back either because we dont have a ability.
