    Hello everyone,

    They seem to be working on the issue. Yesterday a patch dropped for PC and a patch for console will come today (2 may 2023)

    - Fixed an issue where players were getting stuck inside the Chamber of Duality if you didn’t save after leaving the chamber and die.

Platform:PlayStation 5
Summarize your bug Died after leaving the chamber of duality. Respawn back at the meditation point in the chamber. Can’t fast travel or leave. Stuck in the chamber can’t play anymore.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the game and die after leaving the chamber without going to another meditation point first. You will get stuck in the chamber.
What happens when the bug occurs? You stuck in the chamber and unable to progress the game further.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see this fixed so I can play this game I paid for.

    So irritating. Spent basically 100 bucks just to be halted by this. I hope they fix asap
