Summarize your bug Once I enter the chamber of duality and Cal makes the comment about turning the lights on, I try to use force pull on the orb but there is no prompt and I am unable to use the ability. I am essentially barred from progressing on the area.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This bug was experienced simply via a normal playthrough progressing through the story.
What happens when the bug occurs? The orb is not moved and the force pull ability doesn’t work on the orb. Cal just staggers a bit.
What do you expect to see? I would expect to see an icon prompting me to press L2 to use force pull so I can move the orb.
Hopefully this can be resolved rapidly as it is blocking me from continuing, and truthfully this is a letdown.

I have the same issue, can't pull the orb. Simply stuck here until they fix it...

I think I found a solution. I was running into this same issue.
I closed the game and re-opened it. Once you go through the crack and enter the chamber, place the orb in the pedestal. But before you walk across the bridge and trigger the cutscene, grab the orb off of the pedestal and then place it back again. Now walk across and go through the cutscenes. No idea if this'll work for you, but it worked for me. Good luck!

I’m not sure how you can still trigger any cutscenes after the room is already in a completed state. When reloading the game the puzzles in the room are already solved, the bridges are all already activated, the droid is gone from the center of the room, and the large round door to the elevator remains shut. No cutscenes trigger at any point.

When this bug happened to me on Friday I was upset but not furious. At this point, it has been an entire weekend, and this issue still has yet to be addressed. Shame on EA and these developers for not only failing to fix this bug that has been game ending for so many players, but more importantly for providing no response or communication with us whatsoever. Truly shameful community outreach, and a slap in the face to everyone who spent so much money on a broken game.

Did you die while in the cave and get stuck?
For some of us, we completed all of the cutscenes and leave the cave but then die on the surface without saving, you get stuck down in the chamber with no way to trigger cutscenes again.Punished for exploring the world without saving first. ☹️
