    Hello everyone,

    They seem to be working on the issue. Yesterday a patch dropped for PC and a patch for console will come today (2 may 2023)

    - Fixed an issue where players were getting stuck inside the Chamber of Duality if you didn’t save after leaving the chamber and die.

I have the same issue. Door won't open and cannot port from the mediation. I hope it will be fixed soon, because I am really enjoying the game and now I can't progress, only if I start over. I am already 5 hours in.
