The majority of us preordered this game the same week that preorders were announced. It's next to impossible to play. I spent the better part of the first hour trying to figure out how to get the game to even load because EA kept saying there was a problem on their end and it caused the game to fail to launch. I uninstalled the EA App and attempted to load the game again, that was successful, the game reinstalled the app automatically, as they are all programmed to do. So finally I was in the game, it was a little glitchy for a minute with frame rate dropping and what not, then it ran beautifully, until I got to Koboh. Koboh freezes within the first five minutes of play, no matter how many times I restart the game. If we demand a refund and then say, move to a different platform, like my PS5, then we lose all of our preorder bonus gear. We paid nearly $100 for the privilege of saying we own the newest chapter in a game series that we can't even play. What, pray tell, are your plans to fix this and make things right with the consumers? As I recall, it wasn't that long ago that another studio went down pretty hard over a failed game launch. You do remember Cyberpunk yes? I'll be honest, I had that game and it ran better than this at launch! I regret this preorder more than I did Cyberpunk, that's sad, considering that nearly killed the studio that launched it after lawsuits and whatnot.
