    Hello everyone,

    They seem to be working on the issue. Yesterday a patch dropped for PC and a patch for console will come today (2 may 2023)

    - Fixed an issue where players were getting stuck inside the Chamber of Duality if you didn’t save after leaving the chamber and die.

Summarize your bug Stuck in chamber of duality after dying without visiting a meditation point. And now can't get out, there's no way to fast travel and no way to open the door where I originally left that area.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the chamber of duality and leave it. Then die without visiting another meditation point / saving outside.
What happens when the bug occurs? You're stuck indefinitely and can't do anything.
What do you expect to see? I expect a fix ASAP. You could just enable fast travel from that area and it would solve the issue.

Fix this bug ASAP. It's game breaking and I have very little time to play. Would like some compensation for this too as it's ridiculous to spend that much on a game that doesn't even work.

    Same thing on PS5, need to enable fast travel from meditation point. 

    This is what we get for exploring the open world...

    The elevator won’t open, I can’t fast travel, and I can’t hook myself back up the wall I fell down from. I really, really do not want to restart the game.
