    Hello everyone,

    They seem to be working on the issue. Yesterday a patch dropped for PC and a patch for console will come today (2 may 2023)

    - Fixed an issue where players were getting stuck inside the Chamber of Duality if you didn’t save after leaving the chamber and die.

The elevator won’t open, I can’t fast travel, and I can’t hook myself back up the wall I fell down from. I really, really do not want to restart the game.
