    Hello everyone,

    They seem to be working on the issue. Yesterday a patch dropped for PC and a patch for console will come today (2 may 2023)

    - Fixed an issue where players were getting stuck inside the Chamber of Duality if you didn’t save after leaving the chamber and die.

I am also experiencing this issue. Really would prefer not to have to start a new play through at this time. I am unable to Fast Travel, and can’t access the elevator behind the yellow door. Please help as this bug is a game stopper!
