Hello everyone,

They seem to be working on the issue. Yesterday a patch dropped for PC and a patch for console will come today (2 may 2023)

- Fixed an issue where players were getting stuck inside the Chamber of Duality if you didn’t save after leaving the chamber and die.

I think I found a solution. I was running into this same issue.

I closed the game and re-opened it. Once you go through the crack and enter the chamber, place the orb in the pedestal. But before you walk across the bridge and trigger the cutscene, grab the orb off of the pedestal and then place it back again. Now walk across and go through the cutscenes. No idea if this'll work for you, but it worked for me. Good luck!

Did you die while in the cave and get stuck?
For some of us, we completed all of the cutscenes and leave the cave but then die on the surface without saving, you get stuck down in the chamber with no way to trigger cutscenes again.

Punished for exploring the world without saving first. ☹️
