    Hello everyone,

    They seem to be working on the issue. Yesterday a patch dropped for PC and a patch for console will come today (2 may 2023)

    - Fixed an issue where players were getting stuck inside the Chamber of Duality if you didn’t save after leaving the chamber and die.

I fell off a cliff shortly after starting this mission for the first time. Respawning led me to a blank, black screen with sound in the background but no picture. I had to Alt F4 to the desktop. There was an update available for today (5/1/23). After applying the update, I restarted the game, continued the story, and was left with a load screen that froze and locked up my PC (high end, at that). I had to hard reboot in order to return the system to a normal status.
