    Hello everyone,

    They seem to be working on the issue. Yesterday a patch dropped for PC and a patch for console will come today (2 may 2023)

    - Fixed an issue where players were getting stuck inside the Chamber of Duality if you didn’t save after leaving the chamber and die.

We appreciate the reports on this. We are aware and investigating. 

If you can, try loading your last save to see if that lets you get around it in the meantime.

Hi, having the same issue right now.  I'm playing on Xbox Series X and don't see a way to load a previous save.  Any news on a patch to fix this glitch?  Either enabling fast travel through meditation after exiting the area for the first time, or enabling the golden door across the bridge to be reopened (or remain open) with the ability to take an elevator back to the main level?
