Constant crashing Xbox Series X

Summarize your bug The game will run fine then crash at random parts of my playthrough. This usually occurs every 30 minutes and sets me back to the xbox homescreen every time it happens. Please could u try and fix this its absolutely spoiling the game for me

What happens when the bug occurs? The game freezes/crashes and closes, sending me back to the xbox home screen
What do you expect to see? The game will just freeze midway through the game. Its happened in the menus in cutscenes when looking at the map, it seems to be completely random.

The game just crashes every 30 mins or so sometimes less and it is at random points in the playthrough. This is really starting to ruin ny play through.
