Constant crashing Xbox Series X

Summarize your bug My game crashes every single time I try to play it. I’ve tried performance mode and quality mode. I’ve deleted my save file and redownloaded the game. How can I fix this. It makes the game unplayable. It happens between 5-30 minutes of play time. It will either crash to the Home Screen of my Xbox or it will crash the whole system and cause it to hard shut down. This has happened at every world in the game. It isn’t a local issue. This is super annoying and hope there’s an actual fix to this as the games amazing just sucks to have it keep crashing. Please help!

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Happens everytime I play no matter where I am.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes to menu of Xbox or causes whole system to crash.
