Crashing during the intro cutscene. I have no idea what happens throughout the cutscene because it just crashes. video for proof.

crashing after skipping the cutscene. Game is still completely unplayable as of Saturday 11th June.
I have had the game since Day one. Tried to reinstall many times.
I have tried to restore the Xbox to factory settings.
I have tried to change my profile picture.
Tried changing my background.
I tried changing the MAC address.
I have tried performance mode.
I have nothing connected to the Xbox.
I have deleted every game installed and it still didn’t work.
I even booted the Xbox up in the lowest frame rate possible. Still did not work.
I have a game that does not work.
All my other games work fine. Playing Diablo 4 right now and it runs amazingly.
what can I do? No one wants to help me by providing information.
Please, if you are reading this, please give me some hope, so I can experience playing a game franchise I adore.

All of your issues and fixes are my exact same scenario, except for the fact that I refuse to reset my Xbox to factory standards. We shouldn't have to bend over backwards and complete a list of fixes just to get a stupid game to work. What should happen is that the blasted game is completely finished before it is ever released and we all waste our hard-earned money on something we can't utilize and the company releasing it stops responding or caring. They have their money...why should they worry about a few copies out there that are not working?
