I purchased a new Xbox One Series X and a new Jedi Survivor Disk version of the game on June 24, 2023. I have downloaded all updates for the system and game. I started the game and it would crash on me shutting down the game completely and takes me to my Xbox homepage. I attempted this multiple times. I did all the fix suggestions given online including deleting the entire game and reinstalling. Still not fixed. Attached are 2 screenshots of what the game looks like when it crashes. It will also crash just by going into the game and before i hit "continue" at the main screen. I am currently unable to play the game. Please help, when will this get fixed?
Don't you mean an Xbox Series X by any chance? The game is not available for the Xbox One series.

Game is still broken for me. Any news on a fix yet? I have a £60 paperweight at this point.

Please can I get a refund? I cannot play the game. You have physical proof that I cannot play. I payed £62 for a game that doesn’t work. I have been speaking with your team for months now. Still no fix to my game. I have yet to play a single second of Star Wars Survivor and at this point, I don’t even want too.
The customer service here is atrocious. We are being left with no updates. No word from developers. No word from community managers like yourself. This is the worst experience I have ever had for a game that is supposed to be “Next Gen”.
Can someone, anyone, please tell me if I can get a refund, or are you going to fix your game so those of us who still have a defective game can actually play it?
