Crash out within seconds of launching

I Installed Jedi Survivor a few months ago and cant get beyond 1 to 3 seconds of the launch screen. My system have the recommended requirements I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times, cleared cache and closed pretty much all tasks running. I have requested help 2 times from the help desk with no solution to my problem. I keep receiving the error code from the attachment.
