If you're using an AMD GPU to play Star Wars Jedi: Survivor and experiencing crashes when reaching the logo sequence when launching the game, we recommend updating your GPU drivers which should then resolve the crashing at launch.
Please update your GPU drivers and let us know if you continue to run into crashes when launching the game.
Everything on my rig is 100% up to date, and still constant crashes. Half the time it does not even make it through the boot process.
I continue to crash. Have updated everything. In fact, this computer is 2 days old. Can't get past the title screen. AMD 6800M
i have the same issue on an nvidia 2070 super. this issue is no longer just for amd.
I have the same problem but I'm not sure if my graphics card is good enough its a AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT

I have a 6750xt and had no issues prior to today. Everything is up to date, this started happening after I installed a couple Windows updates though. The FPS dips to single digits randomly, after working flawlessly since release.
Since the last patch the game crashes.. It was working ok before the patch.
Same issue, game never makes it past launch
I bought the game => Can't launch it, crash before everything, relating to ray tracing.
Updated nvidia drivers => Can't launch it, crash before everything, relating to ray tracing.
Patch 6 installed => Can't launch it, crash before everything, relating to ray tracing.
Still can't launch, tried nearly everything possible.
