Crashing on Tanalorr after Bode fight

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug Crashing on cutscene with Merrin and Kata after Bode fight on Tanalorr
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Every time I finish the Bode fight on Tanalorr and get into the cutscene, it crashes every single time at different points, and haven't been able to progress on the game because of this
What happens when the bug occurs? The game just crashes to desktop during said cutscene with this message: LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 686] hr failed at D:/depot/r8branches/r8release/Engine/Source/Runtime/D3D12RHI/Private/D3D12Resources.cpp:507 with error DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED with Reason: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG
What do you expect to see? No crashing and am able to finish the cutscene

Have yet to finish this game, was so into it during this but it breaks immersion every single time, and the simple fact that I can't progress because of this

    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It ALWAYS happens in the cur scene after fighting bode when Merrin starts talking to the girl and it cuts to cal.
    What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes causing me to have to re do the entire fight.
    What do you expect to see? This bug to be fixed so i can finish the game and start a higher difficulty.

    The game crashes during the cut scene 100% of the time I have redone the fight 8 times to try and progress.

    Thankfully after Patch 5 I was able to complete the game without the final cutscene crashing.
