Hello, Is there a guide to where you can find each data bank entry? I completed 100% of Jedha, got ALL the collectables, explored 100%, did the Bode post-game echoes and I am left with 94% databan...

@leogeorgal I didn't find any guides with those specific databank entries listed, but this guide does show where to find post-game entries:
